Model Airplane Return Policy
Model Airplane is commited to supplying a valued customer experience for every transaction with our goal is to ensure satisfaction for every delivery. Model Airplane will happily refund or exchange any items purchased from our online store if they are deemed by management to be:

Exchange and Refund Policy
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intention to exchange item’s prior to shipping.
The Model Airplane will exchange (or refund) any item with/without proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason; for e.g. if you change your mind or if you purchased the wrong model by mistake. The item must be returned within 30 days in new condition, still in its original "The Model Airplane" packaging. The buyer is responsible to ship the item back to our warehouse in the Philippines.
Once we have been notified via email, please send the item back to our warehouse in the Philippines and you will be given a credit for the purchase price (not including postage & handling) to be used online to purchase another more suitable item.
Please note the condition of all returned items must meet management’s standards for resale before credits or refunds will be issued.
Excluded From all Exchange or Return Policies
1. Custom – Personalised Aircraft Models - Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. This also includes personalization of any kind including but not limited to design, color, size, name etc. Please ensure you specify the items correctly when selecting a custom model.
2. Specials – Because these items have been marked "Specials", they are considered non-refundable and all sales of these items are final.

All shipments meet the qualifications for insurance with the respective shipper, in most cases we ship with UPS. Your shipment is photographed prior to dispatch by our forwarder and the photographs can be provided upon request. Our quality processes ensures that no model leaves our warehouse with any damage and UPS also ensure that upon export, the model is not damaged.
If you receive an item and it is damaged, you must report the damaged item to UPS immediately. UPS require notification within 48 hours of delivery if you have a damaged item. You may need to take photographs of the product and also make the product available for collection by UPS. UPS may take approximately 2 weeks to process an insurance claim. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive a damaged item. We will also assist you through the insurance claim process and ship a replacement model out to you.
