The Model Airplane Shipping Policy

3 DAY DELIVERY TO MOST LOCATIONS WORLDWIDE! That's right! We will deliver to most locations in the world within 3 working days.

The Model Airplane utilizes existing partnerships with UPS to ensure delivery in around 3 days by Express International Post anywhere in the world (assuming no customs delay in releasing the model at the destination country) where UPS will service.

You will appreciate receiving a tracking number by email during dispatch so you can track this on the shipper's website until the items arrive at their destination. You may be responsible for additional taxes and/or customs duty in the destination country. Applicable taxes for importation can be obtained from your local UPS office. Model Airplane will cover the taxes for exportation from the Philippines including Value Added Tax. Your invoice will be emailed to you and also attached to your shipment for delivery.

Your model airplane is covered by insurance during shipment. Insurance claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

The following countries and regions receive free shipping on all orders:

United States of America, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. All other countries attract a $35 flat rate shipping charge.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday without prior arrangement and Saturday deliveries may attract additional fees from UPS. Weekends are not considered working days.

All orders are processed and dispatch within 1 working day under normal operations.

UPS does not deliver to post office boxes globally.
