Order tracking
You can track your model aircraft and model airplane delivery through FedEx and TNT Express. You will be provided a tracking number dependent on which shipper is used during the dispatch of your goods. Your sales representative at The Model Airplane will also track your shipment until it reaches it's destination. After delivery, the sales representative will contact you to ensure your product meets your expectations and ask you to complete a short optional survey.
You can also follow the package also through our website - the status of your model airplanes or model aircraft will be updated by the sales representative through out the purchase and shipping process. Through this link you can also communicate directly with your Sales Representative.
